Ingredients
Brown rice pasta, 190 gram(s) uncookedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels Milk, nonfat, 2 cup Whole grain corn flour, 0.25 cup Margarine vegetarian, 10 gram Sainsburys reduced fat cheese slices, 10 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese Healthy Living Half Fat, 51 gram(s)
Directions
Melt margarine and add corn flour to make a paste
Add milk, simmer until a thickish
Add cheeses, salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta
Combine pasta, cheese sauce and corn place in over and bake until browned on top
