Blackened Mahi Fish Tacos (Like Rubio's)

Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Green Cabbage 1 Cup Chopped Red Cabbage1/2 Cup Yellow Corn canned1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro2 each Medium Radishes Chopped4 stalks Green onions finely Chopped9 oz. Mahi Fish cut into 1 (one) inch pieces1 tsp Cajun Seasoning1 TBS Olive Oil for grilling1/2 Medium size Avocado Mashed (but with chunks)1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp Mrs Dash seasoning 6 ea Corn Tortillas (warmed)
Directions
In a medium bowl mix together; cabbages, corn, cilantro, radishes, onions. Set aside.

Heat grill and olive oil. Grill is ready when a drop of water dances on it. Cut Mahi filets into one inch strips and rub with cajun seasoning. When grill is hot place cajun coated mahi strips about one inch apart. Turn after about 30 seconds or when it starts to look done. Make sure all sides are grilled and fish is cooked. (Fish will flake when done).
When done take off grill and set aside.

Mash the avocado just enough to be able to spread it. Leave little chuncks for flavor. stir in garlic powder and mrs. dash (or nature's seasoning).

Warm tortillas.

Take one tortilla and spread about 1/2 Tbl of Avacado Mix in a line down the middle of the tortilla. Then take 2 or 3 (depending on size) pieces of Mahi and place it over the avacado. Then take about 2 or 3 heaping TBL of cabbage mix and put over fish and avocado mix.

Cut lime into quarters, each taco should get one or two depending on taste.

Use your favorite salsa or hot sauce.
