Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Feta Cheese, 1 oz Egg, fresh, 3 extra large
Directions
Mix it all together...cook eggs through. eat.
