Zucchini and yellow squash stir fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1/8 tsp Sesame Seed Oil7 oz Zucchini Squach - sliced3 oz Yellow Squash - sliced3 oz onion - dicedSalt, pepper, lemon pepper, splash of hot sauce, etc. to taste.
Directions
Heat oil and hot sauce over med high heat, add onion and garlic. Saute till tender. Add the squash and stir fry until tender. Season to taste. Serve alone or with rice, or paste.
