Raspberry banana bread (egg and dairy free)

.5 cup shortening .75 cup sugar or apple sauce1.5 cups whole wheat flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon3 bananas2 cups raspberries
Cream shortening and sugar. Then put in flour, salt, soda and cinnamon (pre mix before adding). It will be chunky looking, so add slowly. Then put in mashed banana and raspberries. Cook in a 4 by 8 in loaf pan - make sure you spray and flour the pan. Then put in batter and put in oven (325 degrees). It will be fragile so be careful turning it out of th pan. It is so good!
