Marion Taco jerky

Ingredients

2 lb lean ground beef1 small can Green Chili Peppers1 small can Tomato Paste2 Tablespoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Mix all ingredients together.
Portion out meat using a scoop. (I use a Pampered Chef medium and get 40 meat balls.
Flatten the meat to patties no more than 1/4" thick. (parchment paper between two small plates works well.
Then put on dehydrator to dry. It takes 4-5 hours on mine.
Blot any grease that might appear from the patties while they are drying.
Serving Size: Makes 40 jerky patties
