Corn Pancakes - high protein, low fat & cholesterol

Ingredients
3 ears fresh silver ear corn2 whole eggs1 cup egg white, pasturized1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup whole milksoul seasoning (salt, coriander, cumin, basil, garlic powderminced Vidalia onion1/2 tsp baking sodamisted canola oil (1tsp per pancake)
Directions
cut corn from cob
mix all ingredients together
heat pan and mist with canola oil
pour out pancake, cook till brown on one side, flip, cook till brown on the other. Serve hot.
