Ingredients
Pumpkin Puree, 2 cups*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp*Splenda, 2/3 cupBrown Sugar, 1/3 cup, packed*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Oats, 3 cup Walnuts, chopped, 1 cup 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients, pour out into pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes, remove to cooling rack.
