Green Chile Stew

4 cups of chopped canned green chile1 cup chopped raw onion2 tablespoons crushed garlic1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes1 lb. lowfat ground pork or pork sausage2 tsp. cumin or cominos1/2 tsp dried sage 1 bottle Miller lite
Cook pork, onion, and garlic together; drain if necessary.
Add green chile, red pepper flakes, cumin, and sage. Stir.
Pour in Miller lite.
Serve in bowls after simmer 30 minutes OR cook till beer evaporates and use as burrito filling.
