Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup light peanut butter3/4 cup sugar1 egg1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Roll into 1 - 1 1/4 inch balls, bake on ungreased (parchment lined) sheet for 12-14 minutes at 325.

Serving Size: Makes 20 cookies.
