1 lb Lean Ground Beef14 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes1 cup Chopped Onion10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables1 cup thinly sliced or diced carrot1-1/2 cups diced potato1/2 cup diced celery10 oz Condensed tomato soup3 cups water1 tsp Granulated Sugar1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp Liquid gravy browner (was not used therefore not in the nutritional information)
Scramble-fry ground beef (venision was used in this recipe) in non-stick frying pan until no longer pink. Drain well.
Combine ground beef and remaining 12 ingredients in 5 quart (5 L) slow cooker. Stir well. Cover. Cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours or on High for 4-1/2 to 5 hours. Makes 10-2/3 cups (2.68 L)
