Medi Friendly One Minute Muffin

Ingredients
1/4 C Flaxmeal1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder1/4 eggbeaters1 teaspoon cinnamon1.5 teaspoon Smart Balance Light Margarine1-3 packets of Splenda
Directions
Melt the margarine in a glass 2 Cup measuring cup, or large microwaveable coffee cup. DON'T let it over heat.
Add eggbeaters, and blend with fork.
Add all dry ingredients, and mix well with fork.
cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute.
Check, if more time is needed only microwave in 10 second increments.

Remove and eat!
