1/2 package Wacky Mag Veggie Spirals pasta2 bottled roasted red peppers, chopped fine1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped fine1/3 cup Renee's Fat Free Tuscan Italian Dressing6 Tbsp grated light Parmesan cheese
Cook and drain pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water to chill the pasta. Mix everything together and serve immediately.
*If you make it ahead of time or if you have some leftover you can add a Tbsp or two of the dressing to liven it up again.
