HCG P2 Meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
400 grams of ground meat (chicken, turkey or lean beef)2 cups fresh chopped spinach1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp onion powder (or if you like onions, use fresh onions chopped)3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 egg white
Directions
Chop spinach. Mix together all of the ingredients and separate into 4 equal portions. Place each portion in a well of a jumbo muffin pan. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer tests done. For the last 5 minutes top each with a tablespoon of low sugar ketchup.
