Laura's Salsa Chicken "crock-pot" (yes, like others, but different)

Ingredients
Directions
2 packets taco seasoning32 oz frozen chicken breasts2 cups frozen corn, pepper, onion mix (tex mex- 1 package)4 cups salsa2 cans (15 oz ea) black beans, with liquid (Get the spicy kind with green chiles, if you like more spice)
Toss all into a crock pot and cook for 7 hours. Remove all chicken breasts and shred with a fork, put back into crock pot with the awesome sauce.
makes 15 1 cup servings.
Great over a potato, with sour cream. YUMMY. (I tend to bake a slew of potatoes and just package them up with one cup of salsa chicken-- great frozen meal on the go.)
