Ingredients
1/2 cup of your choice of milk1/4 cup of plain, lowfat/nonfat yogurt1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)1/2 of a small carrot (optional, but adds to the taste!)
Directions
This delicious smoothie can be created in less than 5 minutes by following these easy steps:

1. Measure out all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smoothly mixed together.
3. Pour out and enjoy!
