High protein smoothie

Ingredients
1 container Greek Yogurt, (your flavor choice)1 Cup 1% milk (could us skim)1 large raw egg2 lunchbox size containers of diced peaches, no sugar addedI added Splenda to taste (optional)Put all ingredients together in a blender ( used my Ninja) and blend/pulse for 2-3 times, then constant for 10 secondsMakes a great high protein snack or even meal replacement.
