Sweet Potato & Apple Casserole

Ingredients
5 Cups (Cubed) Sweet Potato2 Medium Apples, Cored & Chopped.5 Cup each Splenda & Brown Sugar1 Stick Light Butter2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Directions
Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Blend potatoes, apple chunks, Splenda, butter, and brown sugar in food processor. Pour into non-stick pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of mixture.

Bake uncovered @ 375F for 25-30 minutes.
