Peach Cobbler Scones

2-1/2 c. self-rising flour1/4 c. butter1/3 c. buttermilk1/3 c. heavy cream1/3 c. sugar1/2 c. diced fresh peach1/3 c. white chocolate chips 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1. Cut flour into softened butter with pastry cutter
2. Add all dry ingredients, and peaches mixing carefully.
3. Add liquids and form into ball of dough (you may not need as much cream and buttermilk if the peaches are juicy) as needed to form ball of dough.
4. Shape into 9" circle
5. Cut into 8 triangular scones
6. Carefully top each scone with a heaping tsp of Cobbler Topping (see recipe)
7. Bake in preheated 400F oven for 16 minutes or until lightly toasted on top.
