Bacon Egg Cheese on WW Bagel

Ingredients
1 egg over easy (or however you like it)1 slice of American cheese2 medium slices of bacon1 Thomas's whole wheat / grain bagel1/2 tsp of butter
Directions
Cook the bacon thoroughly then put on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat
Toast the bagel to a nice medium brown
Cook your egg in a small amount of butter, adding the slice of cheese during the last 30 seconds just so it starts to melt.
Compile your sandwich
