Colorful Edamame Salad

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa, cooked1 drained and rinsed can of corn3/4 c. diced red onion2 oz. roasted red peppers, diced1/2 c. diced celery (inner, tender stalks)5 radished sliced2 c. shelled edamame1/2 c. chopped, fresh cilantroDressing:4 Tbsp lime juice1 garlic clove, minced (more if you like it!)2 Tbsp. olive oilsalt or Mrs. Dash to tasteNOTE:Can top with crumbled feta and/or minced jalapenos for some additional flavor
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss with salad.
