1/3 of Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Pancake and Waffle Mix1 egg1 tablespoon of applesauce (this is a change from the package that uses oil. It save on the fat)3/4 milk (I used nonfat)1 tablespoon Vanilla (my add)
Simply pour by 1/4 onto hop griddle. I recommend using a medium heat as these whole grain pancakes seem to brown quickly. It could also be due to the apple sauce making them denser.
Serve with a a low sugar, no sugar added, or sugar free fruit topping. I used Polaner Blueberry All Fruit with Fiber.
Serving Size: Make 5 pancakes when measured by 1/4 cup
