white bean artichoke dip

Ingredients
one or more cloves of garlic1 t. rosemaryjuice of one lemon (about 3 T)two 15.5 oz cans white beans14 oz can artichoke hearts in watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
drain the beans (and rinse thoroughly if using canned).
drain the artichoke hearts.
process all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
adding olive oil or grated parmesan makes it creamier or richer, but also adds calories.
