2 Cans of sliced Carrots1 Stick of Butter - melted1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican CheeseHalf an onion4-6 dashes of hot saucePinch of Sauce1 tsp. Sugar1 Sleeve of crushed Ritz CrackersSqueeze butter (optional)Mix all ingredients except the Ritz Crackers. Put ingredients into casserole dish and add the crushed Ritz. Drizzle some squeeze butter on top. Cook on 350 degrees uncovered until bubbly.
