Portabella Pizza Pie

Ingredients
1 lg Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams 1/4 c Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz 2 Black Olives, 2 jumbo 1/4 Tsp crushed fresh Garlic, 0.5 tsp 1 TBS Red Ripe Tomatoes, Italian tomato 1 tsp Banana Peppers,
Directions
add all ingredients to the center of the Portabella Mushroom layer like a pizza with the cheese last,
Microwave for 3 minutes and serve, or place in oven 350 F, and cook for 20 min.

This is a wonderful treat that fills you up without all the carbs that go along with pizza crust. serve with a salad and its a hearty meal.
