Hot spicy prawns with pasta

Ingredients
225g cooked peeled king/tiger prawns1 - 2 cloves garlic, crushedfinely grated rind of 1 lemon1 large pinch chilli powder1 tbsp light soy150g lean back bacon1 small onion, finely chopped4 tbsp dry white wine225g dried pasta shapes60ml fish stock4 firm ripe tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped2tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
1. Mix the prawns with the garlic and lemon rind and juice, then stir in the chilli powder and soy sauce
2. Season and cover - leave to marinate for an hour
3. Grill the bacon until cooked and cut into 1/4in dice
4. Put the onion & white wine into a pan, bring to the boil and cover - cook for 2 - 3 mins or until wine reduces by half
5. Cook the pasta per instructions, drain and keep hot
6. Put prawns and marinade into a large frying pan, bring to the boil quickly and add the bacon & fish stock. Heat for 1 minute, stirring
7. Add to the hot pasta with the onion mixture, tomatoes and parsley. Toss to mix and serve.
