Baked dijon salmon

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon, 24 oz Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 9 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp GF Rice Crispies, 0.5 cup crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place fish skin side down in sprayed baking dish. Mix together the cheese and Rice Crispies. Spread mustard evenly on top of the fish and top with the cheese mixture. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until fish is flakey.
