Ingredients
1 bunch of parsley1 diced cucmber3 diced tomatoes4 chopped green onion1/2 cup bulger (cracked wheat)salt and pepper1/4 cup olive oil2/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
put 1/2 cup boiling water on 1/2 cup bulger and let sit while you cut up the vegetables
mix cut up vegetables in a large bowl
mix olive oil and lemon juice together before adding it to the other ingredients
add salt and pepper to taste
serve cold
