Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs:1 pound lean ground beef1 cup brown minute rice1/2 can tomato soup1 egg1/4 cup water1 tsp onion powder1 tsp saltTopping:2 tbsp ketchup1 tsp yellow mustard1/2 can tomato soup
Directions
Makes 9 meatballs

Mix together ground beef, rice, 1/2 can of tomato soup, egg, water, onion powder and salt. Shape into 12 balls and arrange in a circle in a 9 or 10-inch dish. Cover with lid or wax paper.

Microwave on high 7-9 minutes. Spoon topping over meatballs. Microwave on high 2-4 minutes additionally.
