Ingredients
Summer Squash, 1 cup, choppedZucchini, 1 cup, choppedCabbage, fresh, 2 cup chopped (1/4 of head)Red Onions, 1 cup chopped (half onion, quartered)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, mincedCanola Oil, 1 tbspSoy sauce, 2-3 tbspChicken boullion
Directions
heat oil in pan and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add veggies, 2 tbsp water, soy sauce, and boullion. Saute till veggies are crisp, cover and reduce heat to low and steam to your liking.
