Ingredients
1 Can Cannellini Beans2 Cups Vegetable Broth1 Whole Chopped Tomato 1 Cup Chopped Onions2 Tablespoons Olive OilJuice from one Lemon4 Garlic Cloves, minced8 Fresh leaves of Basil, cut in half2 Cups Water4 Oz Fat Free Feta Cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients into a crock pot and let cook for 2-3 hours, or until done to your liking. Top each serving with one ounce of fat free feta!
