Lemon Zucchini muffins

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1 cup whole grain flour2/3 cup white flour1/2 cup sugar, or depending on taste1 teaspoon cinnnamon1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon saltWet Ingredients:1 1/3 cup grated zucchini1/2 cup milk2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons lemon/lime zest
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a large bowl, whisk togethor the dry ingredients.

Combine the wet ingredients in a median bowl.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet into the dry.

Stir until just combined, don't over mix.

Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
