Corn Bread Pan Cakes

buttermilk, nonfat, .5 cupquinoa flour, .5 cup corn meal, plain yellow, .5 cup Egg white, 1 water, .5 cup1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Stir ingredients together and let rest for 5 minutes; add more water as necessary to resemble thick pancake batter. Pour into 10 inch skillet that has pre-heated to medium. Turn when bubbles form on surface and cook until done.
