2 bags Ocean Spray cranberries2 cups water2 cups Splenda1 orange, halved1 lemon, halved
1. In a medium pot over medium-high heat, dissolve the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Pour in cranberries and return to boil. Reduce temperature and let simmer (the cranberries should being popping).
2. Zest the orange and lemon (roughly 1 tsp each) and add to cranberries. Squeeze the fruit halves over the cranberries (watch out for seeds!)
3. Continue boiling for 10 minutes or until cranberries are tender. Yields 6 1/2-cup servings
