Yummy Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
-1 frozen banana per person-1/2 tsp vanilla-1 tsp refined coconut oil-Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
1. Slice up banana.

2. Put the frozen banana into a heavy duty blender or food processor, along with 1/2 tsp of vanilla. (I added the coconut oil to make it a little creamier.)

3. Sprinkle the top of the banana ice cream with cinnamon or other toppings of your choice.
