Almond Butter Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup Almond Butter Unsweetened1 cup Applesauce unsweetened1 cup honey1 tsp vanilla1 cup whole wheat flour3 cups Old fashion rolled oats1/3 cup Organic Valley nonfat dry milk powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp Baking Soda2 cups of raisins
Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix almond butter, applesauce, honey and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Mix all dry ingredients separately
- Mix dry and wet ingredients then add raisins
- Spray baking sheets with non-fat cooking spray
- Use a 1/2 cup ice cream scoop to spoon mixture into baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes on lower rack
- Broil for 1 minute on upper rack
- Cook on separate batches, recipie yields several
- Cool in wire rack
