Ingredients
1 C. whole wheat flour; 1.5 c. white flour; .5 c. sugar; 1.5 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp baking soda; .25 tsp salt; .75 c. buttermilk; .75 c. canola oil; 1 egg; .5 c. honey; 2 tbsp lemon juice; .75 blackberries fresh
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately; mix wet into dry; fill lined or greased muffin tin to just under full; bake 15-20minutes; cool before removing from tin
