Baked macaroni and cheese

Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni4 Tbsp butter5 slices whole wheat bread, cubed1 medium onion, minced1 Tbsp flour1 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground mustard1/8 tsp pepper1 1/2 Cups skim milk8 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Melt 1/2 of butter. Stir bread cubes in butter and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni. Grease 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray.

3. In 2 qt. saucepan over medium heat, melt remaining buter, add onion and cook until tender. Blend in four, mustard, pepper and salt. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

4. Place macaroni in baking dish and pour over cheese mixture. Mix until well blended.

5. Place bread cubes on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
