1 Green Pepper, 100g1 Small Onion, 60g2 Cloves of GarlicAsda Turkey Mince, 450gmOlive Oil, 1 tbspnPaprika Powder, 1 tbspChilli Powder, 1 tspMarigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder (Gluten Free)Asda Bolognese Sauce, (770g jar)Asda Red Kidney Beans (400g tin) drained
1. Chop onion, garlic and green pepper and fry in olive oil until soft.
2. Add turkey mince and cook until browned.
3. Drain fat from meat with kitchen paper.
4.Add chilli powder, paprika and vegetable bouillon powder and cook for a few minutes. (This is a fairly mild chilli. If you like it hotter you can increase the chilli powder to taste)
5. Add Bolognese sauce and heat to simmer.
6, Drain water from tin of red chilli beans, and add them to chilli. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
6. Serve with plain boiled rice (not included in calorie count)
