Ingredients
1/2 C All Purpose Flour1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour1/4 C wheat germ2 1/2 medium bananas, mashed1/3 C chopped walnuts1 egg 1/4C reduced fat sour cream1T baking powder1/2t baking soda1t cinnamon1/2t nutmeg1/2t vanilla extract
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients separately. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Bake 15-20 min @ 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
