Chicken Liver Saute

Ingredients
Canola Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves, mincedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Chicken Livers, 1 poundGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedZucchini, 1 cup, sliced Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Water, tap, .33 cup
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, celery and garlic and saute for 3 minutes or until soft. Add livers and continue cooking for 3 minutes until browned. Add water, zucchini, and water. Cook for 6 minutes or until gravy forms and chicken livers are done.
