Fresh Tasting Turkey Burger

Ingredients
I love eating this with toasted Whole Wheat Bread! I personally love loading up the lettuce and onions to make my veggies count! I am not full but most satisfied after having this!
Directions
In a big bowl add ground turkey.

Then add lemon juice, ground walnuts, cilantro, diced bell peppers and jalapeno.

I add pepper to my mixture but it's a personal choice.

MIX everything up and begin to make patties.

Add to a skillet on medium high. The turkey cooks fast so watch not to burn, turn down lower if desired. Cover with a lid and flip when needed.

I toast whole wheat bread and add mustard. I dress mine with LOTS OF PICKLES, lettuce, onions, and one slice of tomato...I imagine avocado would taste amazing on this as well!
