Apple Honey Bundt Cake

1 C white sugar1 C canola oil2 eggs3/4 C honey1 teaspoon vanilla2 1/2 C white flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon cloves3 apples, peeled, cored and shredded3 tablespoons flaxseed, ground
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 inch bundt pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and oil. Beat in the eggs until light, then stir in the honey and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and flaxseed; stir into the batter just until moistened. Fold in the apples.
Baket for 65 minutes. Let cool for 10 - 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate and tapping out of the pan.
