Cauliflower "Ricotta"

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cauliflower2 tbsp coconut cream (tropical traditions)1 tbsp nutritional yeastjuice from half of a lemon1/2-1 tsp sea salt to taste
Directions
"Rice" your cauliflower in a food processor. Add in coconut, yeast, and lemon and blend. Salt to taste. Yum!
