1 cup gluten free large flake rolled oats1/4 cup psyllium husks1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup pure maple syrup1/4 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup slivered almonds1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds1/4 cup sesame seeds1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Line Baking sheet with parchment paper.
1. In a bowl, comine oats and psyllium. Stir in applesauce and maple syrup. Stir in cranberries, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and cinnamon until well combined.
2. Using spatula, spread granola evenly on prepard baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 30 minues or until light golden. Let cool on baking sheet, then break into pieces.
