1 red bell pepper1 cup water3 tbsp nutritional yeast1 tbsp coconut cream concentrate1 tsp sea salt2 tsp onion powder (or equiv. fresh onion)2 cloves garlic2 tbsp lemon juice1 avocado
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor except avocado. Blend til somewhat creamy, then scoop out avocado piece by piece into the blender while its running until it gets as thick as you want it (I use 1 whole avocado).
Chill and serve on flax crackers! YUM!
Resembles cheddar cheese :)
