Pineapple Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick¼ cup pineapple juice¼ cup milk12 pineapple chunks1 tsp cane sugar1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Directions
Mash the pineapple chunks with a fork, and combine all ingredients except coconut.
Spoon about batter onto a hot greased pan.
Top with some shredded coconut and spread about 1 tbsp batter over coconut.
Flip and brown second side. Repeat for rest of batter.
