Bulgar Wheat mod from Sunny Anderson's Crazy wheat

Ingredients
1/2 c. blugar wheat1 c vegetable stock (I made my own, but boxed works)zest of one lemonjuice of one lemon1/4 c. Almond Slivers2 mushrooms diced
Directions
roast your almonds (in fry pan for about 5 minutes string frequently.
Bring veggie stock to rapid boil. Add bulgar wheat and allow to sit per package instructions.

Add mushrooms, Lemon juice mix well. Top with lemon zest to serve.
