Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Salt Free Seasoning, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbspIngredients are not exact when I cook, but this is a close estimate.
Shred zucchini in food processor if available. In large bowl, combine shredded zucchini and all other ingredients except oil.
Form 6 patties or more depending on desired size and fry in heated oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Thinner patties will be crunchier if that's what you like.
