Green Tea Tofu Cheesecake

1 pkg (250g/9 ounces) cream cheese, softened (only had 200g today)2 eggs1 pkg medium-firm tofu (454g/1lb), drained and cubed.1/3 cup whipping cream1/3 cup Da Vinci sugar free syrup, vanilla flavour1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp matcha green tea power
Drain and cube the tofu. Soften the cream cheese. In a large stainless mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the tofu and eggs until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into a sprayed 8x8" baking pan. Bake 350º 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the cheesecake is golden brown on top. Cool completely before cutting; chill well before serving.
